Message push notifications

Your iPhone will automatically display a push notification when a message is sent to you via Clustify but you do not have the app open.

iOS notifications include:

  • Sound – An audible alert
  • Alert/Banner – An alert or banner appears on your iPhone screen
  • Badge – A number appears on the Clustify icon

Issues regarding push notifications can be easily resolved by correctly configuring your iPhone notification settings:

  • Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > Clustify to configure your Clustify notifications.
  • Set your preferences for Alert style (Banners, Pop-up alert, or None), Badges, and Sounds.
  • Enable Show on Lock Screen to ensure notifications appear when your iPhone’s display is off

Your alert volume and vibration preferencescan be configured by going to iPhone Settings > Sounds.

Push notifications require a valid SIM card and an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection.Notifications use Wi-Fi only when a cellular connection is unavailable. Firewalls and proxy servers may affect your ability to receive notifications.
