Clustify users can share photos with primary and secondary contacts via Clustify.

In order to download photos you will need to ensure:

• Your mobile smart device is connected to the internet.
• Your date and time are set correctly. If your date is incorrect, you will not be able to connect to our servers to download your photos.
• Your microSD card is not corrupted or set to read only
• Your microSD card has plenty of free space on it. If your SD card is full, you will not be able to save files downloaded from Clustify to it.
