Clustify automatically backs up your chats on an ongoing basis every day.

Clustify messages are stored on our servers and in the Clustify folder of your Android mobile smart device. The Clustify folder of your Android mobile smart device is located in your device’s internal memory or external microSD card.

You can restore the chats we have most recently backed up by simply uninstalling and reinstalling Clustify.

However, if you intentionally/unintentionally delete messages they will be deleted from our servers and your mobile smart device. In this case we cannot help you recover the messages.
