Your Clustify friends and colleagues come from your mobile smart device address book.

If you delete a Clustify contact, the contact will be deleted from your mobile smart device address book. If you delete a contact from your mobile smart device address book then that person will be deleted from your Clustify contact lists (if the person is a Clustify user).

There is currently no way to remove a primary contact from your Clustify Business Contacts and Social Contacts lists while preserving the contact in your mobile smart device address book.

In order to delete a Clustify contact:

― View the Clustify contact in your mobile smart device address book

― Delete the contact from your mobile smart device address book

― Tap, hold and delete any chats with the contact in your Clustify Inbox

― Refresh your Clustify account by swiping downward on the screen of your mobile smart device
