Clustify enables users to customize and update their Business Profile and Social Profile.

When you first download and install Clustify, you are taken through the process of choosing a username/nickname, setting up your Business Profile and your Social Profile, choosing your profile picture for your Business Profile and a profile picture for your Social Profile.

You are then able to modify your Business Profile and your Social Profile as often as you wish once you have completed registration and activated your Clustify account.

How Clustify uses specific profile features:

Business Profile and Social Profile

Your Business Profile and your Social Profile can be viewed by your primary and secondary Clustify contacts. For clarification: Your primary contacts are your friends and colleagues that have installed Clustify and you have added their mobile phone numbers to your mobile smart device address book and they have added your mobile phone number to their mobile smart device address books. Your secondary contacts are the friends and colleagues of your primary contacts. Secondary contacts will be able to view your Business Profile and your Social Profile.

If a Clustify user adds your mobile phone number to his/her mobile smart device address book, he/she will not be able to view your Business Profile and your Social Profile unless you have added his/her mobile phone number to your mobile smart device address book.

Please be patient for your newly updated Business Profile and/or Social Profile to be displayed on your contacts’ mobile smart devices. Your contacts will need to refresh their Clustify contact lists to expedite any updates.

Profile Pictures

Your personally selected Business Profile and Social Profile pictures will be displayed in the Business Contacts and Social Contacts lists of your primary Clustify contacts. Secondary Clustify contacts will only see your personally selected Clustify Business Profile and Social Profile pictures. If you choose not to set a Business Profile picture or a Social Profile picture, then your contacts will see a generic placeholder photo.

Your personally selected Clustify Business Profile and Social Profile pictures will appear alongside your name in individual chats with your primary and secondary Clustify contacts.

Names

Clustify uses the names you have allocated to the mobile phone numbers in your mobile smart device address book for first degree contacts. Second degree contact names that you observe in Social mode or Business mode will be the nicknames chosen by the Clustify contacts of your primary Clustify contact.
